Temporary Surcharge Mechanism Effective April 1st 2026
Dear Customers,
Due to significant instability in energy and raw material costs linked to the situation in the Middle East, we will introduce a temporary product surcharge starting April 1, 2026, in order to continue ensuring service quality and continuity.
✅ All orders received before April 1 and delivered before April 30 will be invoiced without this surcharge.
✅ The details of the surcharge by collection are provided below.
✅ These amounts will be reviewed monthly to remain aligned with market developments and will be communicated to you no later than the last week of each month. All orders delivered from May 1 will be submitted to this new surcharge.
Our aim is to offer you a transparent and flexible approach while limiting the impact of this exceptional situation on your operations. Of course, we remain fully available for any questions you may have.
